For the purpose of maintaining our credibility, protection of contracting parties and to avoid any misconception, the following statements have been posted as a Legal Policy. GENERAL 1.0 These Terms and Conditions apply to all personal and business web sites, designed and/or hosted by Website-Global, and to other products or services purchased from this web site. By using, leasing, or otherwise acquiring Website-Global products or services, person or business entity indicates acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. 1.1 Website-Global will honor all regulations governing direct sales as defined by Federal and State government authorities. 1.2 Website-Global can not warrant that the services will be uninterrupted, error free or free from viruses or other harmful components. Website-Global shall not be liable for any loss or damage the Client suffers, caused by reliance on information available within this web site, including loss of data resulting from delays, non-deliveries or service interruptions caused by its own negligence, Client's errors or omissions, or due to the fault of any third party. 1.3 Website-Global makes no guarantees, nor provides any assurances of profits or success, resulting from use of Website-Global services and products. No governmental regulatory department, division or agency has approved any part or aspect of the Website-Global products and services. 1.4 From time to time Website-Global may change the content of the site, including prices and service options. Such changes may be made without prior notice or consent. CONTENT LIMIT 2.0 Website-Global reserves the right not to post any of the following on its web sites, including but not limited to: any adult-related or sexually explicit materials, any kind of tobacco products, drugs(except those of a medical treatment), alcoholic beverages, hard-rock music, any gambling or gambling-related material, witchcraft or anything similar to the above. 2.1 Website-Global will not place the Links to other web sites that contain materials described in section 2.0 posted herein. 2.2 The "Start Line" Website Clients shall comply with conditions set forth in this paragraph, as not to store, distribute or transmit any such materials through the website. 2.3 Posting of any Information or Products not described in section 2.0 will be subject to Website-Global sole discretion. Such decisions may not be appealed. REFUND 3.0 The Website Package or the Hosting Contract can be closed, temporary suspended or cancelled at any time. In the event of such cancellation, the Client must submit a written request, containing the reason for the cancellation, date and signature. E-mail request will be accepted only upon confirmation of such. The refund is subject to conditions set forth below. 3.1 Within 30 days of the date of purchase. Full amount of applicable Web Package setup and design charges and any paid Hosting Contract will be refunded to the Client within 30 days after request for cancellation was confirmed. 3.2 After 30 days of the date of purchase. The applicable Web Package setup and design charges are not refundable and can not be credited back in any form. Refund amount for a paid Hosting Contract will be reduced by applicable update and design fees, used months of that Contract and 10% of the refund as Cancellation Fee. 3.3 All other purchases can be refunded or returned within 30 days of the date of purchase. The Product must be in the original condition to qualify for a full refund. AMENDMENT 4.0 Website-Global reserves the right to amend, change or update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any new articles, or the articles in which changes are necessary, will be posted on the bottom of this page and marked as "new" for 30 days. Such amendments shall become effective upon the expiration of the 30th day of publication on this page. 4.1 Text omissions and mistakes that do not change the meaning of paragraph will be corrected without 30 days of delay. 4.2 Web sites serviced by Website-Global may be involuntarily terminated or suspended for the violation of any Terms and Conditions as posted on this page, or for failure to pay monthly service fee due to insufficient funds (ACH) or a declined credit card, or for misrepresenting Website-Global in any manner including making claims contrary to Website-Global Terms and Conditions.
