| Do I need experience to use these web sites? |

A Start Line website that we offer, come as a package with all commercial features built-in, but the price is the same if you use it all or just some, because you are in control of your web pages and content. |

| How to upload graphics and images into my web site using MyZipBiz? |
| You can only upload your images in the GIF or JPG file formats. (name.jpg or name.gif) After you have saved your picture or image in your computer, go to your myzipbiz.com account and click on Tools. Then click on browse button. In the pop-up window you should find the image and click on that. Then click upload. After you have stored the image in your website go to the Page Maintenance and choose the page that you want the image to be in, click on Page Functions/edit, find the window Insert Image, find the name of your image, click on that and choose the layout (the system will ask you for it). Then, click OK and look for the full code at the bottom of your page. Highlight it and drag it with your mouse to the right place within your page. That's it. Click on Save Changes to save your work and then Publish your page to the Internet to make it available online. Or click Page Functions/preview to see what you have done before other people can see it. Enjoy! |

| How to change the the overall Style and/or Theme of my site? |
| Login to your Myzipbiz.com account, where you update your web site. Click on Pages and then click Style & Theme to go to selection page. Choose the ready-to-go Style simply by clicking on it, or click Go Custom! to build your own Style. After that click Publish Site to make the changes visible online. |

| How to submit my site to the search engines? |
| When your web site is complete, you will want to submit it to the search engines, like Yahoo or others, that will bring visitors to your site. There are thousands of Search Engine sites out there, but only 10% of them really worth to submit to. | How to associate the Image with the name of the Product in Catalog? |
| First you need a small image that will fit properly next to the Product Name. Then login to your Myzipbiz FTP account, where you update your web site and click on Products. In the Product List find your Product Name and select Edit. In the first line, where you name your Item, insert the image address before the actual name of that Item. | Other companies offer space of 500+ MB, and your web sites are only 100 MB?! |
| Don't get confused by those hosting advertisements that make you think that the value of hosting service depends on the quantity of megabytes you get with it! Unless you have thousands of big photos to post online - you will not need a lot of server space. For example, this web site, website-global.com, has about fifty (50) pages and about 400 images or pictures, and it only takes about 3 MB of server space, so, those 97 MB of available space will be just sitting there! Also, very important fact - how much bandwidth (online traffic or data transfer) you get with hosting service. Our websites have unlimited bandwidth. |
